A completely gutted shell of an apartment was carefully reshaped and fitted out into a grand apartment (2,400 sq.ft.) with very generous living rooms, bedroom wings and marble clad bathrooms. Except for the raw structure and some doors, everything else is new: plumbing, electricity, oak flooring, marble finishes, dry and wet plaster walls, some ceiling moldings; new doors matching the existing, renovated ones; fitted furniture and wardrobe units. The apartment was dimensioned to be handicap accessible.
